CENTERVIEW 8000
The CENTERVIEW 8000 is a non-contact gauge head
for a continuous online measurement. The system is
suitable for the measurement of all types of round,
single conductors and cables with a solid or stranded
conductor, such as telephone wires, LAN-cables,
automotive wires and building wires, with solid or foam
insulation. It offers at all line speeds a measurement
with highest precision and reliability.
X-RAY 6000 PRO
The X-RAY 6000 PRO (professional) is an interesting
generation of measuring systems to optimize the
material usage for a permanent online quality control
and thus for an improvement of productivity at
extrusion lines for cable production. This is achieved by
a continuous on-line measurement of the wall
thickness, eccentricity and diameter and an automatic
control of the extrusion line under consideration of the
minimum values directly at the production process.
LASER LUMP 2025 T
The LASER 2025 T provides a triple axis diameter
measurement with highest precision and reliability, as
well as fast and reliable detection for lumps and neckdowns. The recording of events
(lumps/neckdowns) is triggered and length related. As
a result, the user receives a two-in-one system, which
reduces investment costs and leaves more space in
the line, as the installation of only one gauge head is
required.
