HIGH-SPEED END-FORMING– fast tube forming, increasing of wall thickness + reducing/expanding outer diameter + gastight closing of tube for:
Forming of single-piece rotor shaft for EV in approx. 20 – 30 sec.
Or
Closing of tubes gastight within 8 – 12 sec.
Products: rotor shaft for EV, shock absorber tubes, airbag pressure vessels, high pressure gas vessels, conveyor rollers
FORGING HOT + COLD
– hot or cold forming of tube ends.
Products: axles, stabilizers and air suspension pistons
UPSETTING
– hot upsetting to increase the wall thickness, outer diameter or/and inner diameter of tubes.
Products: OCTG drill pipes, truck and car stabilizers, pressure tanks, rebar, rotor shafts
REDUCING / EXPANDING
– cold reducing or expanding of tube ends.
Products: OCTG casing up to 20´´, steering shafts, scaffold rods, airbag pressure vessels
