About us
Italmec was founded in 2006 and operates in the steel wire drawing sector. It designs and manufactures drawing plants such as dry drawing lines for low, medium and high carbon steel wires, vertical and horizontal pay offs, static and dynamic coilers, horizontal and vertical spoolers, single and double, traversing spoolers, mechanical descalers, cleaning systems of the wire rod with belt sanding or brushing machines, borax lines and equipment (pointing machines, pointing-die inserting devices, etc.).
On 30.11.2018 Italmec acquired the WWM brand thus completing the range of products.
Each machine is designed and constructed to meet the production requirements-specialised technical department prepares a design tailored to the customer’s needs. Another strong point of EJP Italmec is the fact that in the past, many of our technicians worked directly at the wire production, gaining vast experience-visible in every detail of the machines manufactured by us–it distinguishes us.
