EJP Maschinen GmbH has been designing, producing and selling modularised and individual production systems for the manufacture of bars, tubes and profiles since 1981. The spectrum covers all production steps from the delivery of the material to drawing, peeling, straightening and testing to the storage of the finished products. EJP is the only supplier of combined drawing machines that produces in Germany. With a variety of innovations, EJP has repeatedly proven its position as a technology leader, for example with the peeling machines that produce perfectly round bars due to the patented head adjustment. At the main factory in Baesweiler near Aachen, EJP mainly manufactures machines for processing tubes, bars and profiles with 47 employees. With further subsidiaries in Poland, Italy, South Korea and China, EJP employs almost 250 people worldwide.

Peeling Machines

Precision peeling machines for the production of bright steel in tolerances h8/h9 in the diameter range from 8 to 450 mm. It can be produced from ring-on-ring, ring-on-bar or bar-on-bar.

Innovative high-performance combined drawing machine CDS-TQ
The CDS-TQ 50/100 drawing machine, a new generation of the CDS-TQ series, has numerous innovative design features: the servo-electric actuation system for the drawing jaws operates without any hydraulics and the employed torque motor without any gears. The new machine offered by EJP provides more flexibility in bar and tube drawing, cuts set-up times and reduces the maintenance effort. Further reading
Double laser scanning boosts peeling process accuracy
EJP has shown its further developed Type PSP peeling lines for solid metal bar at both the Wire China and the Wire India fairs.

The newly developed control system now installed adjusts the peeling head on the basis of the dimensions of the finished, straightened and polished rod. This makes it possible to control the process to ensure that the specified finished-product dimensions are met with extreme precision. Further reading
